The annual prestigious Kabalega Rally is expected to be bigger and better in 2025.
This is after sponsors who bankrolled the 2024 Edition won by Jas Mangat pledged total commitment to the event in 2025 so that it is better organised.
Corporate brands including MSL Logistics who this year 2024 committed sh20m to the event, promised support to have a better event next year.
“We are exciting and humbled that we are part of this year’s edition. As MSL, we pledge continued support to make the Kabalega rally a better event as we transform the lives of the people of Bunyoro Kitara region,” Boaz Muzooka the Operation Manager said at the Prize Giving ceremony.
The same was World Wide Movers, Kotiki Hotel, Kabalega Resort and SUMMA construction and the Mayor of Hoima, his worship Brian Kaboyo.
Jas Mangat, the shell Helix fuelled driver in Hyundai i20, won the three-day rally and sealed his fourth National Rally Championship to have one title more than his teammate Shell V-Power Fuelled crew of Ronald Sebuguzi who has three NRC titles.
Navigated by Enock Olinga Mangat beat off stiff opposition from Sebuguzi, Equity Bank supported Dr. Moustapha Mukasa and the 2010 NRC winner Nasser Mutebi.
