The national motocross team got a heroic welcome after a podium finish position in the FIM Africa Motocross of Nations (FIM MXOAN).
Uganda finished third following winners South Africa who defended the title and Zimbabwe who came second after the two-day action-packed championship.
Other countries in the competition included, Kenya, hosts Namibia, Mozambique, Botswana, Zambia and Madagascar.
